EY Alumni Panel

We are excited to share that this Tuesday, February 20th, we are hosting an event in collaboration with AHANA+ Management Academy. It will be an alumni panel with current employees of EY. There will also be an EY Recruiter Present to help answer any questions you may have. The event will take place in Devlin 018 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. We hope to see you all there!

February 27 - Why is everyone talking about Mixed-Income Housing?

Massachusetts just proposed the largest bond bill in history with most of the resources dedicated to housing including a focus on mixed-income housing. Meet three leaders in mixed-income housing responsible for some of the largest housing projects in the region.

February 28 - Industrial Real Estate and Case Study Regional Transformation

Industrial Real Estate is one of the most stable sectors within Real Estate. With the growth of Internet shopping, increased distribution demands and rapidly evolving supply chains, industrial real estate is dynamic and fast-paced. Come learn about the market from two leaders in the industry.

Presentation on the Industrial Market with Nicholas Rita, Senior Economist with CBRE Econometric Advisors and moderated discussion with Michael McCarthy, Managing Director of Investments at Cabot Properties 

6:45-8:00pm: Major Urban Transformation-What will happen to the Evertt Oil Terminal?

Cities change, but not without bold vision, insightful planning, and imagination. The Everett Oil Terminal is an industrial area that dates back to the early 20th Century. Come learn about the evolution of this project and the potential for charging this 100-acre Brownfield site into a vibrant part of the Boston metro area.

  • Brinley Partners, LP is a rapidly growing asset manager based in New York City and is looking for a Summer Analyst to join the Investment Team in Summer 2025. Brinley’s experienced investment team leverages its relationships with top-tier private equity and direct lending partners to source attractive investment opportunities. Summer Analysts participate in all aspects of the investment process (underwriting/diligence, structuring/execution, and portfolio monitoring).   • William Bair has kicked off their Summer Analyst 2025 recruiting season! Applications are now open on their William Blair career site (deadline to apply is February 29th).
