• The Expanding Diversity in Economics Summer Institute (EDE) is accepting applications for its 2024 program now! EDE is a University of Chicago program hosted by the Becker Friedman Institute for Economics (BFI) and the Hutchins Center on Fiscal and Monetary Policy at Brookings, designed to identify and support talented undergraduate students from a broad range of backgrounds interested in the study of economics. • Houlihan Lokey will be hosting an Investment Banking First Look: Diversity Information Session on Wednesday, October 11th from 7-8pm ET/4-5pm PT. This virtual event will allow diverse sophomore students interested in summer 2025 internships within either line of business an exclusive look at the firm. • Piper Sandler recently opened their applications for the tenth annual Career Exploration Program. They are looking to host second-year students in February 2024 in NYC for a two-day program that serves as a pipeline for our 2025 summer internships. As a participant in the program, you’ll hear directly from their junior employees, interact with the firm's senior leadership, engage in group discussions and activities with outside consultants, and network with peers from around the country.
